I am a vegan and am 5’6 or ’7 and weigh 109. My mom wants me to gain weight and i just want to be healthy happy teen. i like the uncle eddies vegan cookies, but i don’t want to get fat! So can i eat a cookies every night or should i just do it once a week or every three days?

  1. You are grossly underweight, and you need to eat a fat juicy steak.
    It will taste sooooo yummy!

  2. You are not grossly underweight, only a few times a week. The best way to gain weight is to gain muscle! Try working out every day, or say an hour every other day. Your body will look very good with a nice muscle tone and you will gain a few pounds! To gain muscle you will need a little extra protein, so make sure you are eating plenty of beans, and cliff bars are vegan and have lots of protein, one before you work out should help!

  3. I honestly wonder if those meat mouths that come in here think they are tempting us by saying crap like that? Hello, most of us ate meat before going veg*an, we know what it tastes like and we’re still veg*an so please stfu.
    ON TOPIC-
    You should bump up with eating protein and lift weights. You’re a girl and I know you’re probably scared of becoming “beefy” but it doesn’t happen because most girls don’t have the body type to become beefy. Your muscles will become harder/toned/more dense and since muscle weighs more than fat. Tada, you weigh more.
