cooked sliced apples, butter and little bit of water if u are in a hurry, cover the pot for 5 or 8 mins., serve it with cottage cheese and white almonds of put the almonds with the skin in the oven until they are roasted, this is good during women´s period to relax the ovaries! what a great idea! the purpose with these 30 days was to encourage more people to eat more fruit–I want it to be as easy as possible for folks to be healthy, thus I focused on the more common/popular fruits. It would be fun to do some vids on the “weird” fruits too! That’s a future project…
can you make videos about weird, unknown fruits like cherimoyas, dragonfruit, eggfruit, durian.. etc alot ppl dont know how and when to eat these type of fruits. I think it would be a great help and make interesting vids!
