Agreed! It is really important for all of us to find a path on which we feel safe and comfortable traveling. Let us all support each other in making even incremental improvements. Thank you for you comments.
Blueberries are in season here right now and we have picked over 25 kilos in the last several weeks. We have eaten them all raw and fresh with nothing on them. We have sort of been on a blueberry mono diet. Good stuff!
kleinesveilchen,
Thank you for all your thoughtful comments. I really appreciate them. My goal with this 30 Day Fruit Project is to get people who are not currently consuming much fruit to eat more of it. Think of the recipes as transitional. You are further along the path to an optimal diet. My hope is that instead of something with animals or cooked people will try these recipes. Things like salt, vinegar and cacao, while not optimal, make the recipes familiar for low-fat raw newbies.
i really like your videos, but your recipes often contain things i do not consider food for humans. like cacao, salt, vinegar, spices, agave nectar. i am sure you can make wonderful recipes without these. what do you think? of course, it is up to you. nonetheless you are a great inspiration.
wow!!!
i see. great job then!

Just my opinion.. obviously. But I think we all find what works best for us personally. It can be different for different people.

i love, love, love blueberries…
i will go on blueberry island when the main season is here in austria…
i do not eat cacao, but i guess raw carob powder would be great too. the agave nectar can be substiuted by soaked and blended dates.
