If you like food… which I’m sure you do… you’ll love this raw version to this one ;-) (I think the sauce is raw anyway as long as you don’t buy it in a bottle from the supermarket!)

It was originally a recipe for buckwheat crispies that you put in the dehydrator, but Annmarie didn’t like them dried out. So she put the mix in a bowl with some sliced organic fruit and some almond milk and gave it a shot. It was awesome! So now we bring another healthy and raw breakfast option to you…
